Summer to Fall transition

Sadly summer is slowly coming to an end, and most of us are very eager to go out and buy a complete new Fall wardrobe (including myself). Although, with the economy slowly dropping once again, you can save money by transforming some of your Summer pieces to Fall.

Here's what can very easily be transformed from Summer to Fall

Maxi Dress

Forever 21

Summer to Fall:
Take this maxi dress to Fall by pairing it with a long cardigan tied at the waist with a thin belt. Complete the look with a pair of wedge ankle shoes to boost up the outfit.

Summer to Fall
Wear a maxi skirt with a basic tee topped with a leather jacket and accessorize with a fun fall scarf. As for footwear, pair a low heel ankle boot or for an edgier look pair with combat boots!

Denim Shorts

Summer to Fall
Denim Shorts can be worn in Fall by wearing a pair of nylons under the shorts. Some people may not like this type of look but i think it's a great way to have fun with your outfit. Wear a tucked in shirt with a blazer and dress it up with a fun pair of heels.

 Cargos

Cargos are probably the easiest piece of clothing that can go from Summer to Fall. The dark green colour is also a great colour used for Fall. You can definitely mix and match anything with cargo pants. What's great about them is that you can dress them up or down. Go for a relaxed/casual look by wearing a white tee and a pair of converse or a pair of ballerina flats topped with a heavy knit cardigan or waist coat. I'll show you how they can be dressed up, but still keeping it casual.
