Quebec designers

June 24th is an annual holiday celebrated here in Quebec. This means we get a great long weekend! In english we call it St. John the Baptist day but we Montrealers know it as La St. Jean Baptiste (in french). Therefore, since this is a Quebec holiday i thought i would pay tribute to Quebec fashion designers. Little do we all know but we have some great talent here at home! Here are just a few Quebec designers that have made it big in their careers.

 Jerome C. Rousseau

Jerome is a shoe designer who has catered his creative footwear to a few well known celebrities such as: Charlize Theron, Scarlett Johansson, Drew Barrymore, January Jones, Nicole Richie and many more.

Marie Saint Pierre

Marie Saint Pierre has not only exposed her fashion in Quebec but has also shown it in Paris and New York. She is known for her avant-garde fashion and for adding an extra "oomph" to natural tones.
